It’s that time of the year again where British tennis fans start to wonder how the hell they are going to get tickets to the 2011 Wimbledon Championships in London SW19, and who is going to win the 2011 Wimbledon singles finals.

The Championships kick off on 20 June and runs through to the 3rd of July. Defending champion Rafael Nadal will be playing for a third title at the All-England Club, and we’re sure he’ll be confident after his recent win at the French Open.

As for who will win the 2011 Wimbledon men’s and Ladies’ finals – We have our own ideas, and the bookmakers have theirs. As ever – all expectation is focused on the top ranked ATP and WTA players.

We had a look on some of the sports and tennis forums around the web to see what people think is likely. The results were a very mixed bag:

who will win wimbledon mens final poll
Tennis Forum Poll: “Who will win Wimbledon Men’s Final 2011″

who will win wimbledon mens final other
Another Tennis Forum Poll: “Who will win Wimbledon Men’s Final 2011″

who will win wimbledon ladies final poll
Tennis Forum Poll: “Who will win Wimbledon Ladies’ Final 2011″

It will certainly be easier to pick and give tips for likely winners once the draw has been made. The seeding process will ensure that the top ranked players do not meet each other until later rounds of the game (the 2011 Wimbledon draw will be made on Friday 17th of June).

In the meantime here’s our picks for the winners of the singles finals at Wimbledon ’11:

Our Bet: Rafael Nadal (Wimbledon Men’s final outright winner)
Our Bet: Maria Sharapova (Wimbledon Ladies final outright winner)

What are YOUR 2011 Wimbledon betting tips outright winners, and why?!
